A message regarding the weather and Year 9 Options Evening tomorrow.

Dear Year 9 Parents and Carers,

We are aware that the weather tomorrow on Options Evening might well be snowy and cold.  We do intend to go ahead with Options Evening and urge you to travel in good time to be able to attend.

The options evening will run from 5pm-7pm. There will be a talk given in the theatre about the options process at 5.15pm which will be repeated again at 6pm. Please attend one of these presentations.

If the weather changes terribly for the worse to the extent that we really are forced to change the plan, we will alert you via email and Twitter.  Let’s hope that does not have to happen as it is such an important evening for the Year 9 students.

Kind regards,

Sonia George
