All parents and carers are members of the PTA. The PTA meets each half term to plan events.
It’s a great way to meet other parents and raise vital funds for the school.

  • Monday 8 October – PTA AGM and meet the school Governors starting at 6.30pm

Our next fundraising event is the Marylebone Loves Music Summer Fair on Friday 28 June 6 – 8.30pm at the main site



You can help by: 
  • Volunteering to help set-up from 4.30pm or to clear up from 9.30pm
  • Offering to sell raffle tickets on the night or serve tables from the bar
  • Donating 20 chocolate brownies – homemade would be lovely but bought ones won’t be rejected! Remember no nuts please.  Please email Nikki or Natalie if you an bake please so that we can keep track of amounts thanks.
  • Donating raffle prizes – we would like a few good quality raffle prizes. e.g., weekend at your holiday home or similar super generous offer! Please email Carole MacLeod:
  • Company Match Funding – if you work for a company that would like to sponsor or match fund for this event please contact Nikki or Natalie
  • Sponsorship for the quiz prizes donations made via parent pay please

Supporting the PTA

Roles and Responsibilities

We appeal for help closer to the time, but it helps to have a list of supporters who we know might be willing to help. If you would like to be on the list for any of the roles listed below, please contact the PTA committee members as listed.

PTA publicists

Help with publicity, events, flyers, posters, photographers, film-makers and social media experts.

PTA chefs and bakers

Particularly for Michaelmas and Summer Fairs, but also for extra catering requirements, such as Quiz Night, Year 7 settling in evening and hospitality for school plays, concerts and governors meetings.

PTA Fair helpers

Michaelmas Fair – if you can help run a stall, or have great fresh ideas for new or previous stalls you have run, setting up and cleaning up (so welcome!)
Summer Fair– help run a stall in the sun, cook our barbecue, help serve drinks, food, set up and clean up (so welcome!)

PTA socialisers

Talk to new parents and serve refreshments at:
• Year 7 new parents’ evening.
• Year 7 settling in evening.
• Prize giving.
• Festival of Readings and Carols.
• Other concerts and shows.

PTA hoarders

We regularly call for the following items:
• Good quality vintage clothing
• Good quality second hand uniform
• Books in good condition
• Bottles for bottle tombola (full and empty)
• Donation of items for silent auctions
