We are thrilled to share some exciting news from our Year 8 students who recently participated in the Capture the Flag – Cybersecurity event at Bishop Gate in the Palo Alto office. It was a day filled with enthusiasm, learning, and remarkable achievements.
Our students made us proud by securing both the 1st and 3rd places in the challenge. Their dedication and skills were truly commendable.
The event provided a unique opportunity for our students to delve into the captivating world of cybersecurity. They had the chance to explore various aspects of cybersecurity jobs and gain insights through speeches and advice from top network security professionals. Members from GCHQ, the UK’s intelligence, security, and cyber agency, shared their expertise, adding immense value to the event.
Moreover, this event served as a preview of the upcoming Cyber First Girls Competition, which has encouraged our students to eagerly participate. It’s wonderful to see our students embracing the world of cybersecurity with such enthusiasm and determination.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the participants and thank the organizers for making this day a memorable and educational experience for our students. It’s through events like these that we nurture the future cybersecurity experts of our generation.
