Making secure ParentPay payments for school trips and services online using a credit or debit card
School trips and other payment items, such as school meals, printing credit, textbooks and music lessons, should be paid for via ParentPay, our secure online payment system, using a credit or debit card.
Students should not carry cash into school to make payments.
All parents are provided with a secure online ParentPay account; login details, including a username and password, are sent to you along with other joining information. When you receive the login details we urge you to activate your account as soon as possible. At this point you will have the opportunity to change your username and password. PLEASE REMEMBER TO MAKE A NOTE OF YOUR NEW DETAILS.
If you have more than one child at St Marylebone, you can also merge their accounts so that you can access all of them through a single log-in.
As soon as you activate your account you are able to make online payments. Making a payment is simple and straightforward and ParentPay holds payment history details so that you can view them at a later date. No card details are stored on the system.
If you lose your account username please contact info@stmaryleboneschool.com.
If you forget your account password you can reset it using this link: forgotten password.
Making secure ParentPay payments by cash at your local PayPoint stores
If you are unable to make online card payments, you can also make cash payments to ParentPay by requesting a barcode letter from the school reception and taking this and your payment to your local PayPoint store. The PayPoint store till operator will scan the barcode and issue you with a receipt for the cash payment.
PayPoint cash payments are recorded by ParentPay in the same way as online card payments and may be seen in your payment history under ‘My accounts’. In this way, the school will have an automatic record of any payments that have been made.
Please be aware that it may take a few days for a PayPoint payment to be transferred and be credited to your account.
